5th Grade Name: |
Kim Nehrig This is my first year here at Grace Christian School, and I am so thrilled to be here. This is my third year teaching, and second year working with 5th graders!! 5th graders are awesome!! It is a privilege, honor, and blessing to teach here at Grace. It is my goal to foster a loving environment where students are challenged and encouraged spiritually, socially, and academically. Our theme in 5th grade is 'Sonshine and Success'. SONshine because we want the SON, Jesus Christ, to shine through us in all that we do. Our class verse is Matthew 5:16. I am looking forward to the year ahead with anticipation of what God is going to do. 5th grade is so much fun!! |

6th Grade Name: |
Amy Fisher Eight years ago, my aunt called and asked me if I was interested in teaching 6th grade at Grace Christian Schools. I’m so thankful she did! I am now in my 9th year of teaching 6th grade here, and I have enjoyed every step of the journey. Sixth graders are so much fun to work with because of their clever minds, creative energy, and unique personalities! Many special experiences make 6th grade a memorable year here at Grace Christian Schools. In May, the 6th graders spend four days on an authentic horse ranch, called Rawhide Ranch in Bonsall. At Rawhide, the students participate in many exciting activities such as horseback riding, vaulting, archery, pony showmanship, chapel and many more. Rawhide Ranch is an adventure the 6th graders will never forget! |
